Either luxury or normal, for a normal one, Kia Cadenza:
For a full size luxobarge, Jaguar XJ all the way:

Oh my word..... I think I have the case of the vapors.

Nice. You'd need another car with an S8 because it'd always be in the shop.
I'll see myself out.

Charger hellcat for normal, tesla model s p85d for luxury.

Does the current CTS count as full-size? Because I just saw one, in black, on this fine sunny day and it looked amazing . Like, no Audi or Merc could hold a candle to how good it looked in the sun, sparkling, with those vertical running lights.

The Jag will fall apart faster than the Audi. They don't make a BMW M7 and the Alpina is just a 7-Series with big wheels, the Mercedes will put you to sleep, Cadillac doesn't even make a car that compares (yet), and Lincoln is busy rebadging Bentley products.
I shall stick with ze Audi.

Lincoln is busy rebadging Bentley
You mean Ford, right?
![]() 04/01/2015 at 21:20 |

I mean Lincoln - excuse me - the Lincoln Motor Company. If we have to call Cadillac "Cadillac" and not GM then I sure as hell get to call Lincoln "Lincoln" and not Ford.

I meant Lincoln rebadging fords, not Bentley. Ironically though, no one would question Lincolns luxury cred if they sold Bentleys with Lincoln badges on them, lol.

Ah. I see what you did there. Carry on.

2015 Genesis 5.0 for normal, Hellcat for not normal. I don't care that the Hellcat isn't luxury, because it certainly not normal.

Impala for normal, CT6 for luxury.

Normal: Chevy Impala LTZ
Luxo-barge: Maserati Quattroporte GTS

This is the car you all want, you just don't know it. Power, comfort, perfect balance. It is the winner.

Normal:
Luxurious:

It's roughly the size of a 5series so yes, I'd call that fullsize.

If it counts, a SHO for normal
And then an S65 AMG for luxury
![]() 04/02/2015 at 00:10 |

Tesla Model S. Having driven one, I wouldn't even consider anything else if I had the coin.

Normal-ish: Hyundai Equus
Luxobarge: Mercedes S600 Maybach
![]() 04/06/2015 at 10:29 |

Fleetwood for normal.
XJR for luxury.
![]() 04/06/2015 at 23:57 |

I'll take a Genesis 3.8 Htrac for the 'Normal'
and the Rolls-Royce Wraith as the 'Luxury'. Before any of you nay-sayers call me out; the wraith is based on the BMW7 series and is over 5M long!
Runner up for Luxury would be the S63 AMG

S63.
I remember being mightily impressed with the interior at last year's auto show. Merc has recovered, I think, from its malaise era in the last decade. And it's usually true what they say about this car: if you want to see what will be on cars 20 years from now, buy an S-Class.
The S63 because obvious reasons, and because it's probably true what Party-vi says: the vanilla S-Class, with its supreme comfort and driver's aides, would probably put you to sleep (and then wake you up again).
